Government Internet Services – Buy, Build…or Rent?
The first question asked by state government agencies when considering Internet services has traditionally been, “should we buy or build?” But, recently budget-minded officials are asking a third question, “can we rent?” In fact, a growing number of state agencies and organizations have discovered the tremendous advantages to 'renting' software through an Application Service Provider (ASP) model, not to be confused with Active Server Pages, the software development language.

Gutknecht Introduces Renewable Fuels Act of 2005

Chairman Bob Goodlatte, Ranking Minority Member Collin Peterson, Congressman Tom Osborne, and Congressman Jerry Moran joined in introducing the bipartisan legislation.
